With 600Hp and 525lbs of torque, creating peak Hp is at 6,700 rpm's while peak torque is at 5,000.
This is great all-around power package for hotrods, drag car, streetrods and mud trucks; torque is high maintaining a nice power band finishing up at 7,000 rpms. Idle quality is great at 1,000 rpms creating a nice racing cam sound. Full roller cam setup, and a light weight 4340 rotating assembly. The compression ratio is 11 -1 requiring the use of 93 octane fuels and or racing fuels. With an open plenum intake and 300 cfms flowing heads, this engine has a great power package for just about any combination you want to put it in.
